A website that works as hard as the salon.
Sadaf Skin Care had no online presence before this project. No website, no booking page, no way for a new client to find the salon and understand what it offered. The first thing we built was a professional, mobile-responsive website: service pages, pricing, the team, the studio, and contact details. Clean, fast, and representative of the quality of work the salon delivers.
The website serves as the permanent front door to the business. It is where clients land from search, from social media, from word of mouth. Every page needed to load quickly, display correctly on mobile, and give a client enough confidence to book without calling first.
Bookings that happen without picking up the phone.
Before OrionX, every appointment required a back-and-forth: a client messages or calls, the owner checks availability, confirms a time, enters it manually. That process consumed hours each day and was the source of every double booking and scheduling conflict the salon experienced.
The booking system handles the entire flow without the owner's involvement. Clients select a service, see real-time availability, choose a time slot, and confirm. The system validates against staff schedules automatically, so conflicts are structurally impossible. The owner's calendar updates instantly. The client receives a confirmation before they have put their phone down.
One dashboard. Full visibility.
The admin dashboard gives the owner complete control over operations from a single screen. Staff members each have their own schedule and service assignments. The owner can see the full week's bookings at a glance, move appointments, manage client records, and track which services are performing.
This replaced a combination of paper notes, phone messages, and mental tracking that had no single source of truth. The dashboard is the source of truth now: every booking, every staff member, every client, all in one place.
Reminders that run themselves.
The salon's no-show rate was high, not because clients were unreliable, but because they forgot. A beauty appointment booked two weeks out is easy to lose track of. The fix is straightforward: send a reminder at the right moment, automatically.
SMS and email notifications fire on a fixed schedule. Confirmation goes out immediately on booking. A reminder goes out 24 hours before the appointment. Neither requires any action from the owner. No-shows dropped 60% within the first month of go-live.
