A website and the right booking setup
Sadaf Skin Care operates at Parabanks Shopping Centre in Salisbury, South Australia. We built its website and recommended an established booking platform to give clients a clear path from finding a treatment to making an appointment.
Building and maintaining scheduling software for one business had no business case. Using an existing platform was the right call: Sadaf could take online bookings without carrying the cost of a custom software product.
One platform made the next step possible
We later built OrionX Bookings for Australian appointment businesses in skincare, beauty and wellness. It is a multi-tenant platform: many businesses use the same software, each with its own booking page and business dashboard.
That follows the same reasoning as the original recommendation. The cost of building and maintaining the platform is shared, so no single client has to fund custom scheduling software. Personal migration help, a branded booking page, simple pricing and no marketplace commission are part of the offer.
Sadaf was the first business to move across
In 2026, Sadaf became the first business migrated onto OrionX Bookings, moving from Timely, the platform we had originally recommended. We moved the full catalogue of 116 treatments across 22 categories and Sadaf's schedule, then switched clients to Sadaf's own booking page.
Clients choose a treatment, practitioner, date and time from live availability. They receive email confirmations and reminders, and can cancel or reschedule through a secure link. Sadaf manages the calendar, clients, services and team in the business dashboard, with a morning email listing the day's appointments.
