The goal was easier booking, not more software
Sadaf Skin Care needed a professional online presence and a way for clients to book without relying on a custom-built system. The important decision was not how much software we could build. It was which approach solved the problem with the least cost and ongoing complexity.
A custom booking platform would have meant paying to recreate established scheduling features, then maintaining them. There was no clear business case for that overhead.
The right answer was already available
We assessed the booking requirement and recommended Timely, an established appointment-management platform, instead of a bespoke build. It provided the booking capability the business needed without the cost and risk of owning custom scheduling software.
That left the project focused on the parts that were specific to Sadaf Skin Care: its website, customer journey and the connection into booking.
One clear path from browsing to booking
We built the customer-facing website and integrated Timely into the booking journey. Clients can move from learning about the business to making an appointment through a proven booking platform, without Sadaf Skin Care having to fund a separate software product.
The value of the project was not the volume of custom code. It was choosing the right tool, fitting it into the customer experience and avoiding unnecessary build and maintenance costs.
