2 h × 44.2 weeks × 6 people = 530.4 hours
$2,083.7 ÷ 38 h = $54.8342 per hour
$54.8342 × 1.12 = $61.4143 loaded
530.4 × $61.4143 = $32,574
What about payroll tax?

Not included here. In South Australia, payroll tax only applies once Australia-wide taxable wages pass $1.5 million, and the full 4.95% rate only applies above $1.7 million. Most six-person firms sit well under the threshold. If your wage bill is near or above that, add payroll tax on top of the loaded rate yourself. RevenueSA: payroll tax rates and thresholds

How we work it out

Total hours is hours per person per week, multiplied by working weeks per year, multiplied by the number of people doing the task. It doesn't matter whether that's one person doing it for a long time or several people doing it briefly. The total hours end up the same either way, so the annual cost does too.

The hourly rate is weekly ordinary-time earnings divided by ordinary hours per week. On-costs (superannuation and other statutory additions) are then applied to that rate, not to the final total, because on-costs are something you pay for employing the person for an hour, not for the task itself.

Annual cost is total hours multiplied by the loaded hourly rate. Share of a full-time role is total hours divided by one person's ordinary annual hours (ordinary hours per week multiplied by working weeks per year). That answers one question: how much of a full-time role is this, regardless of how the hours are actually split between people.
